Welcome to Crescent Academy

For more than 20 years — since opening our doors in September 2004 — Crescent Academy has proudly served families throughout Southfield and Metro Detroit, providing students with a safe, supportive learning environment where academic excellence and meaningful relationships go hand in hand.
 
Serving Pre-K through 8th grade, we build strong foundations in the four core academic areas — English/language arts, math, science, and social studies — enriched by Music, Art, Physical Education, our STEM program, and Gifted & Talented opportunities that help every student discover and grow their strengths.
 
We believe in nurturing the whole child. Our Character Education Program is woven into daily school life, with monthly school-wide assemblies that celebrate traits like responsibility, kindness, respect, honesty, diligence, confidence, and courage — preparing students to make a difference at home, in their community, and in the world.
 
Behind the scenes, Crescent Academy partners with CS Partners, an educational consulting company that provides cost-saving human resources and business services to schools across Michigan — allowing us to keep our focus where it belongs: on our students.
