Apply for Pre-Kindergarten Enrollment

If you are interested in enrolling in the Crescent Academy School District, begin the enrollment process in 2 simple steps!
 
  • Please be prepared to upload the following documents:  ID, Birth Certificate, Proof of Income
 
Step 1.  Complete and submit the Crescent Academy Pre K Pre Registration Form.
 
Step 2.  Navigate to the MiEarly Childhood Connect site to complete and submit the required application. Reminder: Remember to select Crescent Academy as your preferred school.
