Greetings families! Welcome to Crescent Academy Latchkey!

The following information is to better inform you of our policies and procedures for the 2023-2024 school year. You have the option to enroll for latchkey in person at the Main Campus OR complete the form using the link below and Mrs. Bethel will send you a full latchkey enrollment packet via email.

Once Mrs. Bethel has received the completed DocuSign, she will email you an invoice to complete enrollment.

Upon registering your student for afterschool care, you agree and adhere to the following:

All students planning to use latchkey MUST enroll in the latchkey program.
There is a $20 annual registration fee due at enrollment.
All students MUST have a latchkey application and emergency contact form on file to attend latchkey.
All students MUST be signed in for morning latchkey and signed out for evening latchkey by parents.
There is a $5.00 per minute late charge assessed after the end of latchkey hours.
All students with PAST DUE balances CAN NOT attend latchkey until that balance is PAID IN FULL.
All applications will take 24 to 48 hours to be processed. Students CAN NOT attend latchkey until the application is processed.
We DO NOT provide drop-in services.
ALL STUDENTS/FAMILIES ARE REQUIRED TO PAY A WEEK AHEAD FOR THE DAYS NEEDED FOR LATCHKEY SERVICE.
Payments are due the Wednesday before the start of the week.
Unused days WILL NOT be rolled over to the following week.
NO refunds are given for days scheduled, but not used (including SNOW DAYS)
We DO NOT accept CASH, MONEY ORDER, or PERSONAL CHECKS.
We accept CASH APP ($CrescentAcademy), SQUARE, and DHS Payments.
If there are any changes to the student latchkey, please inform your child's school by NOON.
